Matt Hardy Demands a Rematch
Matt Hardy interrupts.
Hardy says EC3 has a valid claim about being the best. He says EC3 surprised him by defeating him in Full Metal Mayhem, but that he’s not going away until “#MattForChamp” is a reality.
EC3 says he respects Hardy’s humbleness in defeat. Then, he concedes that he truly does feel respect for Hardy. He says the fans can decide if Matt Hardy receives another title opportunity. The crowd goes wild – and EC3 says “No” as Tyrus blindsides Hardy. Tyrus restrains Hardy as EC3 drives through him with the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

TNA World Title: Full Metal Mayhem | Matt Hardy vs. Ethan Carter III (c)
EC3 counters a Side Effect with a clothesline and then he retrieves a chair from outside the ring. EC3 drives the chair into Hardy’s abdomen and then he brings it down across his back. The undefeated – and unbreakable – champion trash talks Hardy as he drives him face-first into the chair.
Hardy counters a continued onslaught with a Side Effect through the chair!
Matt Hardy retrieves a ladder as EC3 reels against the ropes. He uses the ladder against EC3 before mounting it on the ropes. Hardy drops EC3 onto the ladder with a hip toss and then smashes his face against it before connecting with a suplex.
Hardy begins his ascent toward the World Title; EC3 counters with a chair shot to the knee.
EC3 assaults Hardy with a Singapore cane before tipping over and stuffing Hardy inside the steel steps! EC3 positions the ladder and just as he reaches for the title – Matt Hardy tips it, sending Carter onto the top rope. Hardy drives the ladder into EC3’s groin and then hammers it with a steel chair!
Hardy repositions the ladder and again begins his ascent. EC3 picks his leg. Hardy battles back, ending up atop the ladder. His fingers touch the title just as EC3 gives the ladder a shove. Hardy catches himself on the ropes and delivers a Twist of Fate to the champion.

Jeff Returns/Matt Makes a Stipulation
JEFF HARDY RETURNS to Impact!
Jeff tells EC3 that his overconfidence will kill him. Jeff says he’s healing – and that he’ll be wrestling before he knows it; Jeff says he’ll be World Heavyweight Champion again, but for now, Matt Hardy will be the change – the end to EC3.
Matt Hardy enters the Impact Zone. He says he’s been told he can’t his whole life, yet he has done. He says next week will be no different; he pulls a table, chair and ladder from beneath the ring. Then, he references the stairs and the rest of the Impact Zone. Their title match will be Full Metal Mayhem with nobody ringside.

No. 1 Contender’s Tables Match | Bobby Roode vs. Matt Hardy
Roode pummels Hardy with a clothesline and both competitors find themselves outside. Hardy slams Roode’s face-first into a table. Then, he attempts to suplex Roode through the table, but Roode counters by suplexing Hardy onto the steel stairs!
Roode folds a table and slams it on top of Matt Hardy, who’s still draped across the stairs. Roode stands on the table, then uses the ropes for leverage to leap into the air and come crashing down onto the table and Hardy. He rolls Hardy back into the ring.
Roode chokes Hardy before mounting a table in the corner across the ring. Roode turns into a diving clothesline, which Hardy follows-up with a running clothesline. Hardy attempts a bulldog, but Roode counters, nearly sending Hardy through the table. Hardy turns into a spinebuster!
With Hardy down, Roode places the table leg over Hardy’s throat, choking his opponent! Hardy counters with a low-blow and then he shoves table up, into Roode’s face. Hardy drops him with a Twist of Fate He rolls Roode onto the table and climbs the turnbuckle for a moonsault. Roode counters and knocks Hardy to the mat.
Roode attempts a Roode Bomb, but Hardy counters by sending Roode flying over the top rope. Roode crashes through the table at ringside and Matt Hardy becomes the No. 1 Contender for EC3’s World Heavyweight Championship.
Winner: Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy vs. The Dirty Heels
He says he’s never been pinned or submitted; he’s unbeatable. He claims to be the undisputed champion and greatest wrestler alive. Carter says despite his Aunt Dixie [Carter] making her return tonight, he’s been left in charge – and that he’ll defend his newly won title in three separate matches, thus making history.
Matt Hardy interrupts claiming to have softened Kurt Angle and saying he should be next in line for a title opportunity. He mocks, “#MattForChamp.”
EC3 credits Hardy for taking Angle to the limit, but claims to have taken Angle to the max before declining Hardy’s challenge. He says he already booked Hardy in a tag match. It’ll be The Hardys vs. Dirty Heels – except, Jeff Hardy is still out with a broken leg, so EC3 regretfully informs him it’ll be a handicap match.
The Dirty Heels are on the offense early as they charge into the ring. As Hardy begins building momentum, the Dirty Heels take control. Aries and Roode trade tags and batter Hardy around the ring. EC3 looks on from commentary.
Aries boxes Hardy’s ears before distracting the official, allowing Roode a cheap shot. Roode becomes the legal man, only to find himself caught in a chicken wing body scissor. He tags back out to Aries, who finds himself in the same hold. Dirty Heels then resort to dirty, double team tactics.
Hardy drops Aries with a bulldog, while connecting with a dropkick to Roode. Hardy nails Roode with a Twist of Fate, but then Aries drills Hardy with a discuss forearm. Hardy attempts to suplex Aries, but Roode trips him from the outside and holds his feet while the official counts the three.
Winner(s): The Dirty Heels
