Matt Hardy, Rockstar Spud and Tyrus In-Ring Segment:Matt walks down to the ring with a document on his hands. He says that he’s evolved and got better. Tonight, Matt will face one of his greatest rivals, EC3. Matt says that EC3 is nothing more then a warmup match for his upcoming match with Brother Nero at TNA Slammiversary. Matt announces that at TNA Slammiversary the Hardy’s will go one on one in a Full Metal Mayhem Match. He says signing this contract is like signing Brother Nero’s death warrant. Rockstar Spud and Tyrus comes down to the ring. Spud said that he believed in the “Iconic” Matt Hardy.

Spud goes over the sacrifices he’s made for Matt and his entire family. Spud tells Matt that he’s changed and even still this crowd doesn’t respect you. Spud tells the crowd to shut up. Matt tells Spud that he’s getting better and he needs to eliminate brother nero, he forced his hand. Matt asks Tyrus how he feels about this situation. Tyrus says that he does what best for him. Spud says that if Matt fights Jeff at Slammiversary, things are going to get worst for the “Matt Hardy Brand.” Matt says that if Brother Hardy has the courage, he’ll take on Tyrus & Spud tonight in a Handicap Ladder Match. Matt announces that if Spud & Tyrus defeat Brother Nero tonight, he’ll not sign the contract, but if Spud and Tyrus lose to Brother Nero tonight, well Spud & Tyrus will be kicked out of the “Matt Hardy Brand”.

Matt Hardy vs. Ethan Carter IIIEC3 and Hardy locks up. Hardy with a series of right hands to EC3. Hardy is all over EC3 in the corner. EC3 fires up and chops Hardy in the chest. EC3 drops Hardy with a clothesline. EC3 suplex’s Hardy. EC3 irish whips Hardy to the corner, but he eats a boot to the face from Hardy. Hardy drops EC3 with a neck breaker. Hardy with a knife edge chops to EC3 in the corner. Hardy kicks EC3 in the ribs. Hardy lands a elbow drop for a one count. Hardy drops EC3 with a back elbow. Hardy goes for another pin attempt, but once again EC3 kicks out at the count of one. Hardy with a running bulldog for a two count. Hardy begins a ground and pound attack. Hardy tosses EC3 to the outside. Hardy bounces EC3’s head on the ring apron. EC3 regains momentum and begins to chop Hardy in the chest. Hardy whips EC3 back first to the corner.

Hardy connects with another neck breaker. EC3 with a clothesline, back elbow and jawbreaker to Hardy. EC3 sets up for the EC3 Splash, but Bennett appears on the stage. Hardy ducks the EC3 Splash and goes for a rollup for a two count. Hardy plants EC3 with the Side Effect for a two count. Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate, but EC3 counters with a flapjack. EC3 goes for the 1 Percenter, but Hardy gets out of the hold. Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate, but EC3 gets Hardy in the Million Dollar Dream. Bennett storms into the ring and attacks EC3 to cause the disqualification. After the match Bennett puts the boots to EC3 and drops him with the Miracle In Progress. Bennett grabs the mic and says that EC3’s Road to Redemption has come to a screeching halt. Bennett told EC3 that he needed to follow all the rules in order to get his match for Slammiversary and EC3 didn’t get the job done.

Winner: Ethan Carter III via DQ

Tyrus & Rockstar Spud vs. Jeff Hardy in a Handicap Ladder MatchSpud immediately attacks Hardy on the outside. Hardy sends Spud face first to the steel ring post. Hardy grabs a ladder, but Tyurs hits Hardy in the midsection. Tyrus sends Hardy back first to the steel ring post. Tyrus charges towards Hardy, but Hardy ducks out of the way. Hardy throws a chair at Tyrus face. Hardy rolls a ladder into the ring. Hardy with a double leg dropkick to Spud and follows that up with a basement dropkick. Tyrus with a elbow drop to the back of Hardy’s knee. Tyrus with a double leg dropkick of his own to Hardy. Tyrus bodyslams Hardy and Spud lands a flying elbow. Tyrus tells Spud to grab a ladder. Tyrus hits Hardy in the back. Spud rolls the ladder into the ring. Spud chokes Hardy with his boot in the corner.

Tyrus goes for a Stinger Splash, but he crashes into Spud in the corner. Hardy does a test of strength with Tyrus that doesn’t work out. Tyrus with the Big Ending to Hardy. Tyrus drags the ladder to the middle of the ring. Tyrus climbs the ladder, but one of the bottom steps of the ladder broke in half. Hardy plants Tyrus with the Twist of Fate. Spud ascends the ladder and Hardy catches up with Spud. Hardy and Spud exchange back and forth right hands on top of the ladder. Hardy bounces Spud head on top of the ladder. Hardy with the Twist of Fate on top of the ladder. Hardy ascends the ladder and retrieves the contract to pickup the victory.

Winner: Jeff Hardy
