AEW Dynamite Results – August 12th, 2020

Alex Marvez is backstage with Matt Hardy. It’s going to be ten days until Matt is cleared to compete, but he’s not going anywhere. He’s going to wait for Sammy Guevara tonight. Matt says he likes the taste of his own blood. He sees someone who he thinks to be Sammy and slams him into a nearby garage door. It happens to be referee Mike Posey.

WWE Friday Night SmackDown Results – August 7th, 2020

Jeff Hardy vs. King Corbin
Corbin and Hardy trade strikes. Hardy lands a basement dropkick followed by a splash. Hardy calls for the Twist of Fury but Corbin punches Hardy in the throat. Hardy tries it again but Corbin counters with a nasty clothesline. Corbin punches Hardy in the head over and over again. Corbin continues his assault. Hardy fires up but ends up running into the deep six by Corbin. Hardy kicks out. Corbin tosses Hardy out of the ring. Sheamus runs down to ringside and Brogue Kicks Hardy to cause our second disqualification of the night.

Winner- Jeff Hardy
