World Title Series: Semi-Final | Eric Young vs. Matt Hardy Eric Young says he damaged Matt Hardy beyond repair. He instructs the official to count Hardy out. Before the count begins, Hardy storms into the arena and sends Young overhead onto the ramp.

Young is quick to regain control through a series of cheap shots and illegal holds. He sends Hardy out of the ring. Young tears up the ringside floor padding, exposing a block of concrete beneath. Just as Hardy begins coming back, Young delivers a back suplex onto the stairs.

Young stomps Hardy’s face onto the top step and at every turn, he thwarts any of Hardy’s defense. It’s not until Hardy connects with a series of back elbows and a bulldog that he begins shifting momentum.

Hardy connects with a Side Effect and sets up a Twist of Fate, but Young counters and both men spill through the ropes to the exposed concrete. Young delivers a devastating piledriver!

Jeff Hardy rushes to ringside. Young baseballs slides into Jeff, sending him into the guardrail. He then rolls Matt under the ropes and climbs atop the turnbuckle. As he flies, Hardy catches him mid-air with a Twist of Fate for the win!

World Title Series Final: World Heavyweight Championship | EC3 vs. Matt HardyCarter and Hardy come to blows in the center of the ring. Hardy sends EC3 through the ropes and into the stairs. Then, he sends EC3 flying over the announce table where unleashes an onslaught of shots.

Hardy rolls EC3 into the ring and attempts an early Twist of Fate, but Carter counters (unsuccessfully) with a One Percenter. From there, EC3 takes control with a dropkick and front facelock.

Carter delivers a back heel trip and suplex into a cover. Hardy’s out a two. Carter answers with a swinging neckbreaker before sliding Hardy into the ring post. He kicks Hardy’s head against the post, but finds himself spilling from the stairs with Hardy mid-Side Effect!

When the action returns to the ring, Hardy delivers a trifecta of Side Effects, but EC3 powers out of the near-falls time and time again. Carter offers a series TKOs, but Hardy counters the third with a Twist of Fate!

Carter rolls onto his stomach just before Hardy makes the cover!

Hardy attempts another Twist of Fate, but he’s countered and caught by the One Percenter! Somehow, Hardy kicks out just before three and is able to muster a second Twist of Fate!

Hardy isn’t done. He positions EC3 on the top rope, where he plans to put an exclamation point at the end of the World Title Series. He moves for a Twist of Fate from the top rope, but EC3 counters again and delivers the One Percenter!!!

EC3 makes the cover to become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion – and to remain undefeated since his debut!
