Hardy’s Final Match?
Sting hiptosses Jesse but Zema ends up tripping him near the ropes, then Ethan enters the ring but runs away and tags out when Sting gets back up. Hardy gets in and hits a middle rope splash and a backdrop, then a miscommunication with Ethan and Jessie ends up with a Hardy dive, taking all four other men out on the floor. They end up regrouping and beating Hardy on the floor as we go to a break, then we get back to see the opposition continuing to work on Hardy, with Jessie hitting a gutbuster and a powerslam for two. Sting tries to help but it ends up with Hardy getting beat down in the corner, then Ethan mocks Sting with a Stinger Splash before Hardy hits a jawbreaker. Sting gets the tag and cleans house until Ethan rolls him up from behind, hooking the tights to steal the win.

Winners – Ethan Carter III, Rockstar Spud & BroMans

After the match, Hardy gets a mic and thanks Sting for getting him interested in the wrestling business. He says he should have won last week because he was better, but he lost to Magnus because of politics. Hardy listens to the fans chant for him, but he says the fight is gone, then he announces this was his last match and he’s leaving. He says he can’t come back until the sun shines again on this dark kingdom, then he tells the fans he loves them and hugs Sting before leaving.

Jeff Hardy vs. Magnus
Magnus’s music played to bring out the tournament finalist. Magnus entered the ring as Mike Tenay noted Magnus is concerned after Jeff Hardy visited Carter at the end of last week’s Impact broadcast. Once in the ring, Magnus said he loves this business. “I love it,” he said. Which is why he and the rest of the wrestlers in the back put their bodies on the line. Magnus said he is proud that to have made his living for the last five years in the U.S., but there was some adjusting to do early on. Specifically, money. But, it’s not about that for him. For him, it’s always been about pride, honor, dignity, and respect. He wonders if the same can be said for his opponent, Jeff Hardy. “Hardy, Hardy” chant from the few in attendance.

Magnus said he’s as big of a Hardy fan as anyone, but maybe there’s just one little demon creeping its way back in. Greed. And he says that because Hardy was filmed having drinks with Dixie Carter. Magnus said he thinks Hardy owes them an explanation. Because this is the most important match of his life and he won’t let Hardy, Dixie, or Jeff fool him.

Hardy’s music provided an answer, bringing out the other tournament finalist. Jeff Hardy entered the ring to stare down Magnus, then noted Magnus is jumping to a big conclusion. Magnus said this is the biggest night of his life, so he’s not going to let any chances go. He wants an explanation. Magnus brought up 10-10-10 (when Hardy turned heel to become TNA champ). Hardy wiped his forehead in frustration, saying that was a different time and place. Magnus said he doesn’t think it’s so much different. Magnus said everyone has forgiven him, but what are his creatures going to think if he sells out.

Hardy sold inner conflict, then told Magnus to worry about his life. “Don’t worry about mine,” Hardy exclaimed in a defensive manner. Hardy threw down the mic and walked off as the announcers wondered why Hardy was not being straight-forward.

Feast Or Fired
Dixie Carter invites Magnus and Jeff Hardy to the ring, and she says they are fighting for a special honor next week to become her new world champion. Hardy says he won the Bound For Glory Series last year, and he won the championship, but this year he will win another tournament and get back the title. Magnus says he’s young but he’s not stupid, and he knows these are Hardy’s fans, so he wants to thank him for paving the way for him. Magnus says next week Hardy is just an obstacle to beat, and he looks at Hardy as the number one guy, but it means he has to beat him, which he fully intends to do. Dixie says they’ll talk about how he has to win, and the wheel was destroyed but one match is left, and they will be in a ‘Dixieland’ match, which is an escape the cage and ladder match combination. She says whichever one of them wins will travel with her and represent her, and it may be hard but her door is always open, so one of them should take her up on it.

Jeff Hardy vs. Bobby Roode
They go at it right from the bell and Roode beats Hardy down, but Hardy comes back with a flying clothesline and the double legdrop to the ding ding. Hardy leapfrogs Roode and dropkicks him in the back, then goes out to the floor, wastes time high fiving fans instead of trying to win, and folds up a table, taking long enough that I’m starting to suspect he took so long so Roode can recover and baseball slide the table in his face. Hardy puts the table on the apron and Roode baseball slides it in his face, then rams Hardy’s face into the apron and rolls him into the ring. Roode brings a table in, smartly stomps on Hardy’s chest to slow him down, then places the table upright in the corner. Now he’s wasting time by staring at all the fans chanting for Hardy, but comes out on top of a fast exchange and turns Hardy inside out with a clothesline. Hardy goes for the Whisper In The Wind, but Roode moves out of the way and Hardy comes inches away from hitting the table on the way down. The fans are chanting for Hardy as Roode picks him up in a fireman’s carry, but Hardy wiggles free and lands on the apron. Roode goes out after him and they battle back and forth on the ring apron, precariously balanced above a table that they both end up going through simultaneously after losing their balance. The referee looks stunned, and we’ll find out his decision after this commercial break!

We’re back and the match is continuing, as Senior Referee Earl Hebner came out and consulted with the referees and determined that the match should continue until we have a winner. Roode snaps Hardy down with a spinebuster, then stands a table up in the corner and picks Hardy up in another fireman’s carry. Hardy slips out and hits the Twist of Fate, and Roode stumbles backward onto the table, so Hardy quickly goes to the top for the Swanton. Roode rolls off the table and onto the mat, but Hardy Swantons him anyway. Hardy puts Roode on top of the corner and drags the table over to him, then goes up and tries to superplex Roode. Roode holds on and picks Hardy up for a vertical suplex, but drops him on his ding ding on the top rope. That looked like it hurt. Roode goes out to the apron, stands in front of a table, and tries to suplex Hardy onto it. Hardy blocks and dropkicks Roode off the apron and through the table to advance.

Winner: Jeff Hardy

Jeff Hardy vs. Chris Sabin – Full Metal Mayhem
Sabin asks for a handshake but Hardy doesn’t buy it and kicks him, then he sends him into the corner but Sabin drop toe holds him into the turnbuckles. Sabin heads outside but Hardy takes him down with a clothesline and a dropkick, then he brings a ladder into the ring but Sabin slams it into his ribs. Sabin uses the ladder to ram Hardy into the corner, then he hits a neckbreaker on the ladder before wedging it in the corner. He sets up a suplex but Hardy blocks it, then he shoves Sabin back and backdrops him on the ladder when Sabin runs at him. Hardy smashes a trash can over Sabin’s head and gets a table, but the legs break so he gets a second one and slides it in the ring. Hardy wedges it in the corner opposite the ladder, then he goes for a reverse powerbomb into it but Sabin counters with a hurricanrana across the ring.

Sabin charges him but Hardy throws an elbow, and he heads up top but Sabin crotches him on the ropes and hits him with a chair. Sabin puts Hardy in the tree of woe position and chokes him, then he baseball slide dropkicks a chair into Hardy’s face and heads up top. Hardy grabs the chair and hits Sabin with it, then he sets it up and hits Poetry In Motion before clotheslining him out to the floor. Hardy places Sabin on a table and heads up top, but Sabin rolls away and Hardy crashes through the table before Sabin rolls him back in and sets up another table. Sabin rolls Hardy on the table and goes up top, but Hardy gets his knees up just as Sabin splashes him through the table. Both men are slow to get up but Hardy connects with a Twist of Fate, then he hits a Swanton Bomb over the ladder for the win.

Winner – Jeff Hardy
