Semi-Finals Qualifier | Jessie Godderz vs. Matt Hardy Matt and Jessie lock up early. Separation comes when Jessie drops Matt with a scoop slam. They lock up again and the result is the same. Matt falls out of a press slam and executes a trio of body slams. Then, he sends Jessie through the ropes, where Jessie sends him into the stairs.

As Matt stumbles forward, Jessie connects with a standing dropkick, forcing the back of Matt’s head into the unforgiving steel! He rolls Matt into the ring and drops a series of forearms across his lower back. Jessie’s focus remains clear as his knees meet Matt’s spine and he locks in a bear hug.

Matt breaks free, but Jessie answers with a scoop slam followed by a top rope choke. Jessie flips Matt around in the corner where he drives his shoulder into the lower back. Jessie applies a reverse bear hug and uses the ropes for leverage. Matt breaks the hold and delivers Side Effect! He locks in a sleeper that drops into a neckbreaker.

Matt drapes Jessie over the top rope and connects a stiff right. He motions for a superplex, but Jessie counters. Matt stumbles away but rushes back with a snapmare from the turnbuckle! Matt drops an elbow from the second rope and scores a two-count.

Jessie counters the Twist of Fate with a standing dropkick before offering an enziguri to counter Matt’s bulldog attempt. Jessie looks for the Adonis Crab, but Matt grabs the ropes before being turned into the hold. From the apron, Jessie tries driving Matt face-first into the ring post. Matt counters and heads up the turnbuckle. Jessie pulls him from the top, but Matt falls away to deliver a Twist of Fate!

World Title Series – Elimination Match | Bobby Roode vs. Matt Hardy Matt Hardy controls the match early on from a psychological perspective. Roode becomes increasingly frustrated, resulting in Hardy gaining the advantage and Roode leaving the ring. Hardy charges Roode at the ring post, but Roode’s out of harm’s way, leaving Hardy to collide bicep-first with unforgiving steel.

Roode rolls Hardy into the ring and delivers a single-arm DDT. He screams, “That’s why I’m the ‘It Factor’!”

Hardy rises, motioning for a Twist of Fate, but Roode has it scouted and offers up a crossface. Hardy forces a break at the ropes. Hardy ducks under a clothesline and connects with a Side Effect; it’s good for a two-count.

Hardy delivers a bulldog for another two-count. He motions for a second Twist of Fate. Roode rolls through with a schoolboy. Hardy’s out at two but quickly caught with a second crossface! Hardy rolls into a pin attempt; Roode’s out and breaks the hold.

Roode mocks Hardy – but then Hardy catches him with a Twist of Fate!

World Title Series: Group Tag Team Specialists | Matt Hardy vs. Eddie EdwardsMatt sends Eddie into the turnbuckle where he connects with a neckbreaker from the second rope. He follows with a series of clotheslines and running bulldog. Eddie sends Matt over the rope and dropkicks him to the arena floor.

Eddie connects with a suicide dive, but misses wildly with a chop that connects with the ring post instead! Matt uses Eddie’s misfortune to his advantage by slamming Eddie’s hand onto the stairs. He attempts a Side Effect onto the apron, but Eddie counters with an enziguri and DDT!

Eddie and Matt trade blows before colliding with a double clothesline. Eddie counters a tornado DDT; Matt counters a Chin Checker. Matt locks in a sleeper hold that drops into a neckbreaker – it’s good for a two-count.

Eddie counters a Twist of Fate and scores a two-count following the Chin Checker. Eddie follows-up with an impressive series of counters and near-falls. He heads up the turnbuckle, but Matt Hardy answers with a Twist of Fate from the top rope.
