Matt Gives an Update on Jeff’s ConditionMatt Hardy enters the arena to offer an update on his brother’s condition. A video recaps Jeff Hardy’s crash onto the steel steps last week.

Matt says that because Jeff loves the business so much, he’s taken incredible risks to create iconic moments. Matt said that after those moments, he’s used to a thumbs up – or a gleam in his brother’s eyes, to let him know that everything would be okay.

He says that following that fall from the cage, he didn’t get a thumbs up – and all he saw was emptiness – a broken Jeff Hardy.

James Storm, with the rest of The Revolution, interrupts. Storm said he did what the likes of Edge & Christian, Team 3D, Lashley – even The Undertaker couldn’t do. He says he put down Jeff Hardy, because in his story – heroes never win.

Storm says Matt Hardy has two options – to join The Revolution, or to be set up in a bed next to his brother.

Matt attacks! He’s easily overpowered by The Revolution 4-on-1. Storm says it’s an eye for an eye or a tooth for a tooth. He says in this case, they’ll just take Matt Hardy’s arm. Storm instructs The Revolution to lift him up, but The Wolves make the save!

World Tag Team Championship Match
The Hardys vs. The Revolution (c)The Hardys enter to excite the “creatures!” They’re followed by the tag team champions, James Storm and Abyss, accompanied by the rest of the Revolution.

The fight breaks out before the bell – and the Hardys connect with a flurry of offense. Matt and Jeff Hardy dominate the tornado-style tag team match, connecting with dropkicks and aerial assaults.

Manik climbs inside the cage to interfere. The Hardys double team Manik and handcuff him to the middle rope. However, the distraction allows James Storm to connect with a low blow to Jeff Hardy. Storm charges and pummels Matt Hardy with a club to the head. Then, with Abyss, he double teams Jeff.

The Revolution shifts the momentum as they drive the Hardys face-first into the cage. Storm and Abyss ram Matt’s face into the cage again, leaving him reeling in reach of Manik. Storm and Abyss shift their focus and close in on Jeff.

Abyss catapults Jeff Hardy into a DDT from Storm. Matt Hardy regroups and catches Storm with a hard right to the face. Matt charges Abyss and he’s slammed to the mat. Storm stands on the shoulders of Abyss and jumps toward Matt – he connects with a huge elbow drop! Abyss follows up with a splash.

Monster’s Ball Match
Jeff Hardy vs. AbyssBefore the match even starts, Jeff Hardy attacks Abyss backstage. He lodges Abyss behind a door and repeatedly slams the door against “The Monster” Abyss. Hardy leads Abyss into the arena and the bell finally sounds.

Hardy drives Abyss’ face into the ring post before the steps. Hardy sets up a table at ringside, but “The Monster” battles back, attempting to chokeslam Hardy through the table. Hardy counters, but Abyss sends him crashing hard into the stairs!

Abyss loads the rings with weaponry and Jeff Hardy comes from out of nowhere to change the momentum of the match. Jeff counters another chokeslam with a Twist of Fate! Abyss rolls to the outside.

Jeff Hardy leaps off of a steel chair, over the top rope. Abyss moves at the last minute and Jeff crashes through the table (the crowd chants “You still got it.”)!

Abyss rolls Hardy into the ring before grabbing a bag of tacks! Hardy drags a cheese grater across Abyss’ groin! Abyss retreats and Jeff Hardy pursues. Abyss side-steps Hardy, sending him face-first into a steel chair mounted in the corner!

Hardy drops Abyss with a second Twist of Fate before ascending the ring post for a Swanton, but The Revolution interferes! Matt Hardy makes the save, until the numbers game proves too much. The Wolves do a run-in to fend them off.

Abyss returns to his feet and pours the tacks in the center of the ring. He positions Hardy on the top rope and attempts a superplex. Hardy counters into a rolling powerbomb! Abyss lands in the middle of the tacks and then Hardy connects with a Swanton bomb!

Winner: Jeff Hardy

Matt Hardy vs. James StormMatt kicks Storm and goes right for a Twist of Fate, but Storm rolls outside so Matt kicks him through the ropes and hiptosses him on the ramp. Matt rolls him in but Storm goes right back to the floor, then Matt chases him down and smashes Storm head off of the steps a few times. He sends Storm back in the ring and sets him up in the corner, but Storm catches him with a lung blower before he wraps Matt’s legs around the ropes. Storm punches Matt and and hits the ropes, but Matt connects with a Side Effect for two before he lifts Storm back up, but Storm catches him with Closing Time, then he sets up a Last Call superkick, but Matt ducks and tries to attack. Storm counters and goes for the Eye of the Storm, but Hardy floats over and catches him with a rollup for the win.

Winner – Matt Hardy

Storm asks for a handshake but Hardy tells him to piss off, then Abyss attacks Hardy from behind and Storm hits Last Call before Abyss goes under the ring. Abyss brings “Janice” back into the ring, but Jeff Hardy makes the save by hitting “Janice” out of Abyss’ hands with a chair, and dropping him with a jawbreaker. Jeff says he wants another match with Abyss, and he asks for the fans to chant for a Monster’s Ball match.

The Hardys vs. The WolvesMatt Hardy and Eddie Edwards begin the match. Matt controls Edwards early and tags out to Jeff. The Hardys exchange in their strategy to isolate Eddie Edwards. Davey Richards sneaks in a tag unbeknownst to The Hardys.

Matt and Jeff again exchange rapid tags to isolate Davey Richards. Jeff takes a cheap shot on Eddie Edwards, sending him into the guardrail. The Wolves furiously battle back and isolate Matt Hardy in the process.

Matt stumbles around the ring and Davey Richards catches him with a huge right forearm. Matt’s laid out in the center of the ring as Davey flies off the top rope. Matt rolls out of the way and catches Richards with a Side Effect.

Both men crawl to their corners and Jeff Hardy and Eddie Edwards infuse the match with a quickened pace! Matt Hardy slows the pace by catching both members of The Wolves with a DDT to the arena floor! As The Wolves rise, Jeff Hardy runs along then flies from the top rope!

The Hardys double team Eddie Edwards until Edwards raises his knees to counter a Swanton from Jeff Hardy. Matt breaks the count, but Davey Richards is able to counter Matt. The Wolves attempt a double team to Jeff, but Matt rushes back onto the apron and makes the blind tag to Jeff.

Matt catches Eddie Edwards with another Side Effect before attempting a Twist of Fate. Edwards counters, sending Matt into Jeff, who’s poised on the top rope. Eddie Edwards stalks Matt Hardy and connects with a Twist of Fate of his own! He makes the cover – but Jeff interrupts the count with a Swanton!

Jeff Hardy tosses Davey Richards over the top rope and then connects with a Twist of Fate on Eddie Edwards! Matt hoists Edwards onto his shoulders and The Hardys connect with a double Twist of Fate for the three count!

Winners: The Hardys
